Family Portrait Session - Baton Rouge Photography

We recently had the pleasure of working with the wonderful Muralis family. They choose to take their family portraits outside their lovely home near a local golf course. Being at someone’s home to photograph usually creates ease, usually making the children feel more comfortable to be in their own environment. When taking images at a family’s home, we are able to capture memories of where the parents chose to raise their family and where the children remember where they grew up. In our Family Portrait Sessions we like to have a variety of styles, close-ups, candid, or posed images for our family to choose from. (We especially love creating timeless black and white images for portraits.) In most of our family portraits sessions, we like to use natural lighting to create nice halo effects or to produce glowing skin. We have the sharpest equipment which is able catch every detail of someone’s expression and surroundings. Most importantly, JBP wants to give families beautiful memories and moments to cherish forever.
